Jonathan enjoys kindred spirits of all ages.
Jonathan Townsend lives with his wife Melody in Southern California where he works directing the writing center at a community college. He likes to have fun in life, and enjoys reading and writing about literature, philosophy, media studies, video gaming, and theology, and is currently finishing a graduate degree in Cultural Studies and Media Studies from Claremont Graduate University. In his free time he can usually be found spending time with his wife, playing video games, traveling, or drinking coffee at his favorite coffee shop, Stell Coffee and Tea in Redlands. If he could, he would love to live on a backwoods ranch, fishing and kayaking every day, but as it is, he lives in an apartment in the suburbs. Jonathan has a lifelong fascination with sharks, although he has never yet been able to swim with them, and he enjoys reading military history and building model ships.
